 Welcome to The Thai Kitchen Restaurant. We've been fortunate to have enjoyed 20 years of friendship and support from many of you. THANK YOU! When we first started back in 1981, flavors from Southeast Asia were new to many Eastsiders and Seattleites. My family and I are proud and delighted to share these wonderful foods with the people of the Pacific Northwest. We thank you for embracing our food and culture. The Thai Kitchen is a family owned and operated establishment.  We treat our guests like one of the family so please feel free to let us know how we can accommodate your needs and make your visit enjoyable. Each entrée is prepared to order ensuring freshness and quality. Any ingredient can be added or deleted per your specification. Again, thank you for your patronage and support. We suggest ordering rice to compliment your entrée.

Deep-fried wings cooked in chili paste, peanut sauce, and fresh sweet basil.

Strips of pork tenderloin marinated in a special soy sauce and coriander mixture, roasted, then sautéed in a light oyster sauce with peas. Served on a bed of steamed vegetables.

(42) Orange Chicken $7.95
Strips of chicken breast dipped in batter then deep-fried to a crispy golden brown. Sautéed with orange rind, ginger, onions, and our own special sweet sauce.

Half a chicken marinated with Mom's special recipe served with our own sweet and hot dipping sauce.

A very popular curry–your choice of meat cooked in a rich creamy mixture of coconut milk, chili paste, herbs, sweet basil, and bell peppers.

Yellow curry cooked with shrimp, coconut milk, onions, and bell peppers.

(50) Gang Plah $7.95
Chunks of white fish cooked in a red sweet curry paste, coconut milk and sweet basil.

This curry is cooked without coconut milk. Prepared with your choice of meat, mixed vegetables, and an array of Thai herbs and spices. It's best when ordered with medium spicy foods and up.

Fresh whole trout deep-fried to perfection, topped with our special sauce then garnished with ginger, onions, green apples (or mangos, if in season), lemon grass, carrots, peanuts, and cilantro.

Grilled fresh salmon topped with green or red curry then served on the bed of zucchini.
